Interserve Customer Experience Team trains KFM Ambassadors


The first week of November saw the Customer Experience (CX) team from Interserve FM, Khansaheb’s partners in the UK, deliver engaging workshops to KFM staff in Dubai on enhancing CX and cultivating a culture of customer centricity in the organisation.

Iain Shorthose, Customer Experience Director and Shenay Akif, Customer Experience Manager trained KFM’s customer service ambassadors from various contracts on thinking innovatively about customer experience and achieving clarity on how to design, deliver and sustain it within the business.
